We do our best to keep everything fair and accommodate as many agents
as possible by:
1. Only 1 listing per agent per tour. A licensed
real estate agent must ride on the tour.
2. Requests are placed on tour in the same order in
which we receive the requests.
For best results email your requests early.
3. For multiple listings with the same primary
listing agent requested for the same tour…
The first listing is placed on the next available tour and the second
is placed on the waiting list. If we have the space available we may schedule your listings as long
as we are made aware that multiple agents will ride for the multiple listings.
4. We do not tour manufactured or mobile
homes
5. We do not tour lender owned properties
