I love the real estate and mortgage industry and have been with Countrywide for over 10 years.  My mother has been a successful realtor for over 35 years and from her I have learned exceptional customer service.   From first time home buying to retirement living, my team handles it all.  We underwrite and process the loans in my office to ensure excellent customer service and timely/successful closings.  I spend a lot of time providing realtor loan classes to help them understand the process to better help their customers.

I grew up in Lawrence, Kansas, attended Wichita State University, but typically just cheer for the underdog.  My wife Stacey grew up in Independence, Kansas and attended K-State for her undergrad then received her physical therapy degree from KU medical school.  She says she cheers for K-State but generally falls asleep by half-time. Stacey worked as a physical therapist specializing in sports care and spine until she came to work with me in 2004.  Stacey and I visit Lawrence every Sunday to spend time with my family.  Married for 8 years, Stacey and I have 2 "kids", Charlie and Peanut Platz, miniature pinschers.
